For Workcover Claims:
- Once a valid claim number is processed, we can certainly treat you under the Worker’s Compensation system and get you back to work as soon as possible!
- You must attend our scheduled sessions, otherwise you will liable for any outstanding payments
For Third Party Claims:
- You will may have to pay upfront unless:
1. A letter of approval for physiotherapy, AND
2. A valid claim number is given to us
- Once approved, we can directly bill the insurance company
- You must attend our scheduled sessions, otherwise you will liable for any outstanding payments
